We worked closely to define Barangaroo’s 4D BIM programs for construction projects, using digital tools and parametric modelling to generate visual aids that sequenced each building element over time. By linking the 3D model to the construction schedule, we enabled stakeholders to visualise the project timeline, seeing how the building would take shape week by week. This integration supported better planning, construction staging, and site logistics, while also improving communication across consultants, contractors, and clients. The 4D model became a critical tool for anticipating challenges, coordinating trades, and ensuring alignment between design intent and delivery.
